Maryam Meddin, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Maryam worked in the branding and communications sector for 24 years, with 17 as the founder and managing director of an independent consultancy serving a wide range of sectors.
A law graduate, Maryam also acquired a postgraduate degree in Psychotherapy and, for two years, worked part-time in a clinic providing therapy to refugees. This experience revealed the shortcomings of the facilities available in both the private and public spheres, and led her to combine her passion for mental health care with her knowledge of commercial services. This combination was the origin of the concept for The Soke.
