Dr Enone McKenzie is a Consultant Psychiatrist at Soke Wimbledon, for clients aged 18 and over. Her focus on individualised, evidence-based care stems from her early experience as a GP and later as an NHS psychiatrist.
Enone is passionate about working with perimenopausal and menopausal women who are experiencing either new mental health problems or the worsening of pre-existing conditions. Having recently developed an interest in adult ADHD, she also provides assessment and medication as well as lifestyle interventions around sleep, stress management and exercise. Enone offers advice on complementary nutritional strategies to support these and other common mental health concerns.
After completing her medical degree in South Africa, Enone worked as a general practitioner before specialising in psychiatry in London. She has a particular interest in integrative medicine and has completed the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) course through the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Enone is also a member of the Soke Women team.
