Shireen Jayyusi, Neurodiversity Coach

Shireen is a Neurodiversity Coach at The Soke. She supports children, adolescents and adults, leveraging neuroscience and evidence-based research to support meaningful change. Her approach is both psychologically minded and somatically informed.

Following an initial career in investment banking, Shireen transitioned into the startup world, as an entrepreneur-founder, as well in leadership and consultant roles, before training formally as an executive coach.

Her training and leadership experience means that she is perfectly placed to provide coaching to leaders and entrepreneurs, and works with neurodiverse and neurotypical clients.

Throughout her career in finance and entrepreneurship, Shireen always mentored and informally coached young people, and passionately believes in the power of coaching to help young people thrive. After additional training in child and adolescent coaching she now supports young people to build greater resilience, resourcefulness and important life skills, working directly with them as well as parents and educators.

Her professional coach training to date includes a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, Neurodiversity and ADHD coaching training with Coach Approach (USA), Mentor Coach (USA), and Animas (UK) as well as neuroscience based coaching (Coaches Rising, USA). Shireen has also trained in Child and Adolescent Coaching with Noble Manhattan (UK). She is founder of The Life Smarts which supports young people in building real world skills.
