Olivia Maree McMahon, Integrative Therapist

Olivia Maree is an integrative therapist specialising in eating disorders, body image concerns, and the relationship between mental health and eating behaviours. As part of the Eating Disorders team at Soke Wimbledon, she supports adults and parents navigating recovery from binge eating, bulimia, body dysmorphia, and other disordered eating patterns. She also provides therapy for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and addiction.

Taking a client-centred and evidence-based approach, Olivia incorporates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Enhanced CBT (CBT-E), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), MANTRA, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her work is also guided by the Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, encouraging clients to embrace body diversity, self-acceptance, and food freedom.

Olivia holds a diploma in counselling with over 300 hours of private, clinical, and supervised counselling hours across both individual and group therapy settings. She is currently working toward accreditation with The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and offers both remote and in-person sessions in Wimbledon.

Olivia’s mission is to empower clients to develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and themselves—prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
