Kelli specialises in treating adult individuals and couples experiencing parenting and motherhood, infertility, IVF, miscarriage and menopause. Kelli also supports clients who are dealing with anxiety and depression, divorce, panic disorders, hypochondria, substance misuse (including family member’s affected) and career transitions. Her interventional methods include psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), EMDR, sex therapy and couples therapy.
Kelli is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She holds an MA from University of Toronto and gained further training in New York at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies, the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and the Seleni Institute where she focussed on Maternal Mental Health.
Interpersonally Oriented Psychotherapy forms the core of Kelli’s process, founded upon collaboration and commitment. Talking therapy allows Kelli to identify patterns in her client’s past and present relationships. Using a dynamic approach to treatment, Kelli takes an active, light touch and listens to her clients with empathy and care. She works towards understanding concerns in depth, before activating a results-orientated pathway designed to achieve lasting results.
Kelli is also a member of the Soke Women team.
