Jessica Grant, Adult, Child & Adolescent Therapist
Jessica is a highly experienced Cognitive Behavioural and Integrative Therapist whose primary specialism lies in the treatment of eating disorders. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing conditions such as ARFID, orthorexia, bulimia, anorexia, binge eating disorder, and difficulties around over-exercising. Her compassionate, evidence-based approach helps clients build healthier relationships with food, body, and self.
Jessica played a key role in developing The Practical Body Image Manual (developed for use in an inpatient hospital setting), combining her expertise in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to support long-term recovery and positive body image. Her work also addresses co-occurring issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and emotional regulation, ensuring a holistic and personalised therapeutic process.
Alongside her specialism in eating disorders, Jessica supports individuals with autism, gender identity and LGBTQ+ wellbeing, and male and female body image concerns. She also offers guidance for parents supporting young people through transitions.
Jessica’s integrative and collaborative style provides clients with tools to enhance wellbeing, interpersonal effectiveness, and self-acceptance.
