Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy is a holistic approach to psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic techniques and theories to best suit an individual's needs. Instead of relying on just one method, integrative therapists draw from multiple approaches—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, mindfulness, and more—depending on the client’s unique concerns and personality.

The goal of integrative therapy is to treat the whole person, addressing emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and even spiritual aspects of well-being. It’s often used for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth.
