Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that uses hypnosis to help people make positive changes in their thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. Hypnosis is a focused state of relaxation and heightened awareness, where the person is more open to suggestions.
A trained hypnotherapist guides the individual into this state and then offers therapeutic suggestions to address issues like anxiety, stress, phobias, addiction, pain management, or bad habits (such as smoking or overeating). Hypnotherapy does not involve losing control or being unconscious—it simply helps access the subconscious mind to encourage change.
