Andrew specialises in evidence-based therapies supporting clients in the private, public and third sectors. Using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and integrative counselling, Andrew aims to enhance the overall psychological well-being of clients and organisations.
After completing a degree in Psychology, Andrew obtained his Master’s in Counselling, before successfully completing a CBT post-graduate diploma followed by Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPTUK ) training at the Anna Freud Centre.
Andrew was a visiting lecturer at UCL and the University of Wolverhampton. He provided therapy to clients in the public sector whilst working for Devon Partnership Trust and West London mental health trust. He also supports businesses and organisations with mental health training.
